Keygrip was formed in 2000 by songwriter/guitarist Michael DiLalla with local NYC musicians Paul Garisto (Psychedelic Furs, Iggy Pop ,
Ryan Adams) on drums and Shane Stineford on bass. During that year they recorded demos and played throughout NYC. With the release of their self-titled E.P. in 2000, Keygrip has gained fans throughout the country and even has crossed the Atlantic spanning Europe & Asia.
